Our commercial model is built for relationships that last. The onboarding fee is paid once, the platform fee covers everything after that, and the agreement can run from one year to several. Coming on board is straightforward, and so is leaving, because we’d rather earn your renewal every period than lock you in.

What the platform fee depends on

Your platform fee scales with what you actually run. Three things drive it, and you only pay for what’s in scope.

Base price

A minimum for the platform that covers our fixed and variable cloud costs, plus the base IP: industry and sector visibility dashboards, the descriptive analytics package, and master data support.

Workflows and instances

Pricing scales with the decision workflows you add, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning, Fulfillment & Transportation, and with the number of locations, products, and external partners in scope.

Support scope

The level of support depends on your team. Some clients run independently after go-live with periodic training; others rely on Solvoyo’s Customer Success team for ongoing first and second-level support.

Onboarding fee

Paid once, set from your project scope and project plan. A dedicated team is assigned for the duration of onboarding, with a minimum mix of:

Industry Expert / QA Lead

min 0.2 FTE

Project Manager

min 1 FTE

Senior Customer Success Consultant

min 1 FTE

Customer Success Analyst

as required

3.2 FTEs per month

for a typical onboarding

3 to 6 months

onboarding duration, depending on solution scope

The onboarding fee is set from the rate table for each role and a discount factor calculated per project, based on your solution scope and the length of onboarding plus UAT.
