Does Solvoyo provide an API?

Yes. Solvoyo publishes a web service API for data synchronization and application management. Through its endpoints you can exchange data and trigger predefined jobs such as importing and exporting data, starting or stopping scenario runs, generating reports, and sending notifications.

How does Solvoyo integrate with our ERP and existing systems?

Solvoyo integrates directly with your ERP or database. Scheduled jobs pull your data over an encrypted SSL connection, map it into Solvoyo’s model, run the optimizations, and write results back to your systems automatically on the schedule you define. Integration is set up in three phases – mapping your data, agreeing push/pull and timing with your IT team, and finalizing documented endpoints – and can be triggered by time or events.

What data formats and protocols does Solvoyo support?

Solvoyo connects via ODBC; web services using SOAP (XML) and REST API (JSON); xml, txt, csv, and xlsx files; RFC for SAP; and EDI standards – and any combination of these at the table level. Customer data, configuration, and outputs are held on Microsoft SQL Server.

Does Solvoyo work with integration middleware like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft?

Yes. Solvoyo has production experience ingesting data through integration middleware such as Dell Boomi and MuleSoft.

How is data encrypted and secured?

All data transmission uses SSL encryption, with 2048-bit encryption via SSH tunneling over HTTPS (standard HTTPS on TCP 443). The platform adds layered network, server, code, and database security, dedicated and segregated databases per customer, role-based access control, and logging of any changes to the model.

Where is the platform hosted, and what security certifications apply?

Solvoyo runs on industry-leading cloud providers such as AWS and Azure that are independently certified to standards including ISO/IEC 27001 and 27018, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and FedRAMP, plus regional commitments such as EU Model Clauses and UK G-Cloud, validated by third-party audits.

Can we use our own SSO to log in, and is MFA supported?

Yes. Solvoyo has its own authentication and authorization system and can federate identity via OAuth with OpenID Connect, redirecting sign-in to your authentication servers so users log in with your existing SSO. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be enabled, and no local or domain administrator account is required to run the platform.

Does Solvoyo perform penetration testing and vulnerability scanning?

Yes. A third-party cybersecurity firm performs penetration testing annually, and an automated OWASP Top 10 vulnerability scan runs against the codebase every week.

Where does our data reside, and is it sent to third-party AI services such as OpenAI?

Business data resides in the cloud and is not shared with third parties. When AI is used, Solvoyo runs the query locally inside its secure cloud perimeter (in-network query execution) and provides only schema context – never your business data – to the model. Local exports are logged by user and date and can be disabled by role.

How are updates and releases delivered?

As multi-tenant SaaS, all users always run a single current version. Major releases follow a quarterly cycle with bug-fix patches as needed, and updates are applied automatically and transparently with no downtime and nothing to install.

How is the platform monitored and supported?

Solvoyo provides 24/7 automated monitoring at the infrastructure, system, and application levels, with alerts via email, SMS, automated calls, and severity-tagged tickets. Application and database support is staffed 24/7 across the USA (Eastern Time) and Istanbul, Turkey (Eastern European Time), and each task is logged as success or fail with an accessible audit trail.

Can we integrate our own AI models or interoperate with external AI agents?

Yes. Solvoyo provides API endpoints and data access to build or integrate external AI models and export clean, structured datasets. Built on the Microsoft Agent Framework, it offers first-class support for the open Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, so its agents can discover, communicate with, and hand off tasks to external agentic systems over a standardized HTTP contract.
