1. On-boarding
This is where we listen and understand the business issues, the goals, and the objectives. This results in the project scope and the corresponding project plan. Then, in close coordination with you, we build a data highway between your data sources and your dedicated cloud-based digital platform. Our comprehensive single data model and industry/sector-specific templates make it extremely easy and fast to link to your data sources, whether within the enterprise and at your customers and suppliers. Based on the scope, we configure the platform for visibility, analytics, planning, and reporting process measures/KPIs for 360-degree feedback.
2. User Acceptance Testing
This is when you test the fully-configured platform and assess its capabilities based on predefined acceptance criteria. Some clients prefer to use the platform in parallel with their existing systems during the UAT. Before and after the UAT step, Solvoyo provides training for expert users and SMEs. Our friendly user interface and meticulously-designed user experience make training fast and easy.
3. Go-live
This is when you use the platform to support business decisions, track the performance of your actions, and take the step towards being a trustworthy learning organization. The 360-degree feedback loop also has digital performance data to help our Machine Learning algorithms improve their performance and prepare us for our periodic business reviews.
