Customer Success Analyst

Position Summary:

The market is shifting towards more of a subscription economy, where the value of a customer is realized over time and customers demand tangible proof of outcomes. In this role you can change the way we engage with our business partners. Your work will form an integral part of the end-to-end engagement process with focus on maximizing customer and partner value realization and aligning with Sales to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

This is a key initiative for Solvoyo that will help customers to gain full value from what they have purchased and unlock further opportunities for engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Works in a customer-facing role focusing on supply chain technologies. Have a passion for technology to drive customer success and want to understand how it can bring most value for our partners
  • Enjoys working in a team interacting with many different roles in Sales, Support, Data Analytics, and Modeling while strong listening and communication skills helping you to be successful in your role
  • Research and analyze business performance of business partners
  • Meets customers, understand their needs, match them with Solvoyo’s solutions in a proactive manner
  • Influencing and/or shaping data visualization efforts
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, value propositions

Jr. and Sr. Supply Chain Modelers

Job Description:

We are offering a full time position in Istanbul for the right candidate, who will be a part of the team that develops supply chain models for our customers to create value using Solvoyo Elevation Platform. Responsibilities:

  • Works with Solvoyo customers to model their supply chain planning processes on Solvoyo Elevation Platform
    • Creates documentation of the implemented solution
    • Provides support to the customer
  • Defines areas of improvement for the Solvoyo Elevation platform.

Customer Success Manager

Position Summary:

In this senior level role, you will look to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building long-term relationships with our customers and prospects and ensuring they are realizing the full value from their usage of Solvoyo’s digital supply chain planning and analytics platform. A significant part of your role will be to serve as a liaison between our customers in North America and our internal customer solutions and technical development teams primarily based in Istanbul, Turkey. As such you will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of your customers are communicated and managed within the organization. You will also periodically be responsible for assisting Solvoyo with help in building relationships with new prospects and qualified business leads from our marketing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Quickly becoming an expert on the Solvoyo platform and the value we bring to the supply chain teams at different organizations
  • Be the front end project manager, coordinator, and front-line go to support person as your customers start new projects, studies, integration, re-deigns or face challenges in day to day usage of the Solvoyo platform
  • Develop customer success plans and account strategy in alignment with the company leadership, sales, customer solutions and development team
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze customer’s usage, results and value proposition with the platform
  • Take responsibility for customers retention, customer growth and building references for the business
  • Nurture relationships with advocates for Solvoyo within your accounts by partnering on organizational goals and supporting their development
  • Selling the Solvoyo platform to new prospects in close collaboration with sales or other Solvoyo leadership team members
  • Finding, developing and qualifying new sales or growth opportunities in the US focused on retailers, manufacturers, CPG firms, and transport and logistics providers among others
  • Be willing to travel to Istanbul (customer solutions and development team) and your client locations as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies
  • Minimum 4 - 5 Years of prior consulting, sales, or customer success experience within SaaS organizations
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills

Sales Executive

Position Summary:

Solvoyo is looking for an exceptional sales person to help us take our technology platform to the market. In this Sales Executive role, you will be developing and expanding business opportunities, and managing the full life-cycle of B2B sales. Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR’s) primary role is to identify and create new sales opportunities. The SDR will work leads generated by marketing, while also producing organic leads from independent prospecting and research efforts. As a SDR, you will apply your communication skills to understand a prospect’s supply chain planning challenges and interest them in understanding Solvoyo’s value proposition. The leads once cultivated by the SDR are then passed on to the sales team to create client relationships. Successful SDR’s will be given an opportunity to move to sales or account management roles based on performance within 18-24 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make calls and write emails to key supply chain management business executives at target companies about Solvoyo’s services and value.
  • Research leads, identify key players, generate interest and develop a message to stimulate interest and opportunity for Solvoyo.
  • Develop fundamental subject matter expertise on the Solvoyo applications as well as supply chain planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, opportunities, account information and pipeline activity within the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and RFP responses.

  • Two to three years of business to business sales and marketing experience in software services and/or technology related products.
